Honey Without Bees

MeliBio - a biotech startup producing honey without bees - needed a complete video package for their funding round, built from zero: no concept, no crew, no edit.

Beau developed the creative concept from the ground up, determining what to shoot at Eleven Madison Park (the acclaimed NYC restaurant collaborating with MeliBio), what stock footage to source, and what score to license. He hired and directed the camera crew, then handled full post-production himself - editing, color grading, and delivery of a long-form hero video and a social suite for Instagram and other platforms.

MeliBio used the work in their funding round and secured investment. The company - now Mellody Foods - produces Mellody Honey, available in stores.
